President Diane Nelson

Hello my fellow Rotarians,

Welcome to the shortened “tax season” edition 1 of 3!  Normal newsletter will resume after April 18th.

We had excellent speakers for our our last two programs. Dennis Zine spoke last week and Kathleen Sterling, owner of the Warner Center News and a great supporter of our club, shared her background with us.  Thanks, Paul Lawler, for coordinating our March speakers.  Congrats to Kim Wall, who received her first Paul Harris Fellow and Michael Turner who received his second PHF.   Earlier this month, Tom Kushner also received his 7th PHF!  Patti Jo Wolfson received her pin also.  Thank you for your support of all Rotary International projects including the eradication of Polio in the world.

Welcome to our newest member, Gautam Kuman, CPA!

Important regarding lunch meeting costsEffective July 1, 2017, non-eaters will be required to pay $15 to attend instead of $10.  Lunches for members will remain at $20.  Please come and eat lunch as we need to meet a weekly minimum number of eaters at the Woodland Hills Country Club weekly.
