Transition Age Youth (TAY) is a vital program that helps
and supports the successful transition to independence for
youth who are "aging out" of the foster care system.
Our guest speaker, Jill Franklin, MSW, JD, Program Manager for the Independent Living Program (ILP), Los Angeles County Department
of Children and Family Services (DCFS). She will be talking about Transition Age Youth who are "aging out" of foster care and what
we can do to support their successful transition to independence.
