A Sense of Home is a nonprofit dedicated to preventing homelessness by transforming empty living spaces into fully furnished homes for young people aging out of foster care and for survivors of natural disasters, offering stability, dignity, and ongoing community support. Andrea Kitchen, Director of Community Impact, will speak about the organization’s mission, how they identify and assist displaced individuals and families and the remarkable impact their work has had on former foster youth.
